Protected Characteristics

Rabbsfarm is an inclusive school with a rich and diverse community. Our vision and values are embedded in our school culture, creating an environment where everyone is seen, heard, and valued.

In addition to our positive school culture, we recognise that the Equality Act 2010 is a law that protects everyone in Britain from discrimination, harassment, and victimisation. This Act ensures protection for all individuals against discrimination based on protected characteristics. Under the Equality Act 2010, there are 9 Protected Characteristics, and everyone has at least one of these characteristics.

We do not discriminate or tolerate discrimination against anyone based on any of the protected characteristics they hold.
